just eat lots of viggies n fruits...go for a jogging in the morning(or evening if ur too lazy to wake up early like me) n do yoga if possible...also u could do aerobics and dancing as they burn calories very well.u could also try boxing,it really helps to tone the body up...and dont give up,u can make that hip slimmer
