its just, make your movie clip as your environment background,
press 8 for environment, tick the box use map, press the button box ( named none) -->> select bitmap -->> on the window that will pop up, change the extension from image file to any movie file you have, then browse for your movie clip.
animate your scene, set up your rendering, then render your file...
