A Wacom tablet is a device that you can draw on, and it translates this movement onto your
screen.
A stylus (aka pen), which is made for Wacom tablets, is also needed.
Cintiq is the newer versions of the Wacom tablet, which has a screen on the device, and you can draw directly onto the screen.

My Wacom tablet (which is an older model) you can draw on it, but you have to look at your monitor, while your drawing.
