Hell Yeah, of course, man, if I had drawings like that, they would be up there. I love putting my drawings up here but putting them on conceptart you get professional artists giving you fantastic tips, may be tey don't model but the people who'll give you advice do know a thing or two about art and will love to share with you any advice they can give to help you improve.

Looks great, If you could turn that into reference images/concept art it would make an awesome 3d model with some Zbrush help for the organic bits. When I see things like this, it's obvious how important traditional art skills are if you want to become a successful 3d artist, this is especially true for character related work I think.

thanks
yeah, 'bout the artschool: the deadline is 26th june... so i dont have that much time left... and during the whole time since I mentioned about my local art school.. well, i went through a pretty severe episode of my F33.10 depression... hell, i was on the brink of becoming a dipsomaniac... but im feeling a bit better at the moment... not very good, but i think i can get some things done...

ugh, i hope I can finish it in time... im now constantly using all of my free time for drawing... all i need are some digital pieces aswell (i guess i can use some of my old Max, apophysis and Terragen ones)
thanks again geldslaw

Well, I wish you good luck then, deadlines suck, but they do have a purpose, and make you work faster , if you need any advice we're always here of course.

here is a good tutorial how to color images in photoshop. He also shows how he modeled the creature and then shaped him with zbrush, you can find that here (they arn't in order)
