about v-ray video tutorial

hi to all people in this community... i have my v-ray video tutorial but the thing happen is there's no video in it. i can't see the video only have the audio i can hear the audio help me what the problem of the video tutorial is there any possibility that i can see the video. can u help about this problem coz i need it.

in what player u trying to play it? try this http://www.headbands.com/gspot/v26x/index.htm to look in what codec is the coded then u can download maybe the codec u dont have

If i can't play something I usually try VLC media player, if that doesn't work, something is wrong with the file most of the time.

there's an error about the codec which is codec are not installed that's the error. what's that mean "tscc" techsmith screen capture codec can u explain what is that, i mean that's the error.
