Modeling Stones
Heya
I'v watched a clay render tutorial by Jelmer lately and he used a model of small stones
I would love to know how to model this kind of small stones, any suggestions ?
Anyone seen that tut and can help it would be greatly appriciated !

I don't know the tut you are on about, and I couldn't find it, but if you could link me to it that'd be great.

But from what you have described, my guess is that it's just sphere's with some noise modifiers.

To make rocks I would make a sphere, add a 3x3x3 FFD, and then add a noise modifier for some irregularity.

mmm ill go with the sphere and mess with it about, any other suggestions now that you have watched the Tutorial ?
