| ECG Reference and Textures collection? Hey guys, I have no Idea where to put it... so now itīs here. I know we already got a lot of Links to texture sites, but I thought about building up a texture and reference library here at ECG. Why do I want to do this? I made the experience that the things Iīm searching for if I have to compose a texture are hard to find on the net with the high amount of details I want them to have. For example a rusty door, you can find lotīs of pictures showing a rusty door but they are mostly in bad resolutions or the part you are interested in is to small to be good visible. My approach would be to make shots of the surrounding of the object of interest (to see how the weather and other things can influence it) and close ups of the parts that seem interesting. If anyone would need parts of the picture that are not there I could take some time and make some nice close ups. But before I start making me too many thought I just want to know if there is any interest from your side in this project and if some of you would like to help building it up. Regards, Stephael ![]() |
