biped scaling

Hi everyone

Can anyone help?

I've designed a character and attached a biped to it. I am now trying to import in into a scene I have created and add a bip file for animation.
When I merge the files, the character is too big. I scale him down, but when the bip is added, he goes back to being massive, and I cant seem to scale him or the biped down again. How do I do it?

Thanks!!

Jac

hello..elaborate your problem..did u attach your biped to the character in a seperate file and then merged this file into another scene?? cuz you have said "when i merge the character into another scene the character is to big n i scale it, but when i add biped it goes back to the big size..." so according to you, you merged your character in the other scene and u skinned the character there....i must b missing something please clarify the prob..
