On your material slot, click get material and select advance lighting overide. And on its parameters, transmittance = 100, color bleed = say 50 ( for the meantime), luminance scale = 25 ( adjust it later.)

On Base Material, click on the material on the box there, then on ambient and diffuse, choose a color you want, then drag that color to the self-illumination color to copy.

Press 8, activate automativ exposure control

press F10, On advance lighting, activate radiosity, enabled global subdivision setting, enable re-gather indirect illumination.. then press start to process radiosity solution, wait after finish... render it

its a saying.... "in a nutshell" - it means cramming a lot of stuff in a small place (like nuts are crammed into their shells)

i was making a joke how you put sooooo much info in that post.....you deserve an imaginary award lol
