haunted house

Hi,
This is my first post here. I m working on a exterior view of a row house. want to give it kind of haunted house. Lighiting work is under process. need some expert comments to make it alive. Model is free download from 3d02.com

very nice scene and "mood" maybe if you add some fog to the it, might look a bit more creepy, also what about a sky? no stars out today?

it's a nice start, it certainly has a sort of haunted look already, maybe add some light from within the house shining through a window (volume light?).
The overall scene might be a bit too dark as well, you could add another street light or add a skylight with a low intensity, with a slightly blueish colour.
Another thing you could try to make it look creepy is some fog.

just noticed that the textures need some work as well, the scale of the bricks seems to be off when you compare the 1st floor and the part under the angled roof.
