well its a true story lol, except it unfolded slightly differently, but thats basically what went down in real history at thermoplyae, i actually visited the place where the battle took place in greece, doesnt look at all like the movie lol.


I guess its kinda unrealistic but thats pretty much how it all happened, overall the greeks lost about 1000, and the persons over 70000, quite amazing. Their wall of shields was inpenetratable, and it was just an endless cycle of pushing and spear stabbing lol. Special effects were amazing though.

They fantacised the movie alot tho and made it really mythological, not sure if thats what you mean by unrealistic.

and also i ahve to add another movie to my list....disturbia, just saw it then, i loved it, one of hte best movies ive ever seen, kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time.
