Avoid triangles if you are using meshmooth. Just weld that 4 vertices by 2 - upper ones to lower ones.

my blueprint pics are really blurry any ideas how to improve the quality? I tried looking at the preferences > viewpoints, but I couldn't find how to improve the bitmap quaily?

Although I don't know were to find that? Cause I'm using Max 9 and in the preferences window there is nothing about bitmap quality...
