The video is goes black in places and only has audio (well on my system anyway) - it also hangs sometimes as if the screen recording is trying to catch up. You should try something other than WMV - it's a fairly bad codec!

I'm not trying to sound overly critical, but can I suggest you watch the videos before posting them instead of trying to get them out quickly.

One more thing - I don't know about anyone else but I prefer it when Max in grey with black text as it makes the video far easier on the eyes. Not sure if other people have an opinion.

well i use the dark interface because it's easier on your eyes, when modeling for a while, it's less bright so that's why.
I'm working on a AVI version at the moment but i need to find an acceptable balance between filesize & quality first.

I notice the video is fairly smooth - you could reduce it down to 5fps - lots of sites use this and it works fine. Also when you're recording change your colour settings to 16-bit - this tends to drastically reduce the filesize. If you can post the settings you use then maybe we can help you out a bit.
