| neon (or lightsaber), using Mental Ray In this tutorial we'll use the Mental Ray renderer with special shaders to make objects glow, but the objects are also illuminating the scene for a more realistic result using Final Gather. You'll learn how to unlock (camera) shaders which are hidden by default (glare) and we'll apply the glow shader to the objects and tweak the settings for a better result. When your done you can easily make a similar scene but then model a lightsaber instead and animate it or you could make some neon signs, enjoy. view image size:8mb length:10 min format: WMV |
