| Pottery: model, uv, texture, render This time we'll model , UVW map and texture pottery, to make the scene final we're also making a dry/ desert like surface using displacement to add some cracks. First we model the pottery using a spline and a simple modifier, then we UVW map it and afterwards meshsmooth the model, we export the UV's into photoshop and start making the textures (which are free from Mayang's Free Texture Library , a great resource for free textures!) Finally we set up a render for a fairly realistic end result. We also create shaders/materials using the textures to create specular and bump maps. size: 15,6mb length: 20min format: WMV, 640x480 |
