UVW and pelt mapping

In this tutorial you'll learn how to UVWmap models in 3ds max, it's quite important to know how this works because you can export your finished UVWmap into photoshop and add textures to your model.
We'll also make use of the new features in 3ds max 8 like pelt mapping which makes UVWmapping much easier and a lot faster!

size: 26mb length:10 min format: WMV, 640x480

well you might find them harder, but they're only used for animation, and i'm mostly into modeling - textures - rendering.
You could check out the basic animation tutorial, i make use of the curve editor there, but it's not at all related to uvwmapping .
