Question Car Modelling

Hiya everyone, I've decided to give making a car an attempt, but I cannot for the life of me understand how to work with blueprints (I know how to set them up, but I just can't get it to work how I want it to

Are there any good video tutorials that anyone's seen? I need to see the exact process step-by-step because I can't work it out from the tutorials that just throw in the modelling without telling you how ¬_¬

I'm actually ok in setting up the blueprints, I just can't actually model it using the blueprints. I can draw splines in 1 view but can't then change it to match the other views

Are there any really step-by-step tutorials for the modelling side? They all seem a bit inspecific about how to actually setup the lines for the model itself.

http://enjoycg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1458 try this, sometimes you have a take a step back. I tried modelling a car before christmas, bit off more than I could chew. Had to wait almost 8 months before I had developed the skills before I could do it.

The most important skill was patience, and visualising how I was actually going to model it in my head so I could believe in what it was I was attempting to do. At this stage you should be box modelling, and extruding from edges to model a car?

Also never expect to get it right the first 20 times lol and I might be laughing but I am not joking. I've done one car, I now expect all my others to get better. But the better I get a modelling the more of a beginner I feel I am.

but keep up the good work and keep asking lots of questions, you nrrd a hungry mind to grow
