What's up? I'm Fisher. I came across this site a few months back in search for tutorials and realized I had discovered a haven for Max users! Everyone on here is really experienced, knowledgable, and very helpful so I signed up and here I am.

I started 3D art/modeling years ago with a trial version of Rhinoceros 3D and fell in love! However, that program isn't really geared for photo-realistic capabilites/animation nor does it have 1/100th the power and versatility as Max! I got Max about 8 months ago and it has become one of my favorite hobbies.

A little personal information about me. I'm originally from Iowa, USA but am in Okinawa, Japan for two years. I'm old enough to drink, and young enough to not want to stop partying.

Questions:
How can I remove images I've uploaded?

I just found some some older work I've done with MAX and want to post it on the forums. Where should I post these? It's not "good enough" for the finished projects forum, and I don't consider them "WIPs" anymore...

Jelmer/Star Wars Freak - what program do you guys use for video capture on your tutorials? I want to make one!

Hey fisher, good to see you around! To answer your questions: I'm not sure why you would want to remove images, but you can delete attachments i think if you edit the post they're in.
It would be best to post them in the general discussion forum then.
I use 'camtasia studio' but there are also free programs such as camstudio.

Hey everyone, just thought i'd post an introduction. Stumbled upon the forum from a link at tutorialized.com and thought it looked great so i'm sticking about.

Semi-noob at 3d modelling but i'm trying to get a lot better. I actually model quite a lot in solid modellers like SolidEdge and SolidWorks but prefer to render in Max. I'm looking to improve on the max side of modelling.

Student of Product Design Engineering in Glasgow, Scotland.

Welcome, 2plus2isfive, i hope you don't need to do too much math stuff with your product design engineering study, although I'm afraid you do .
Cool to see you've already posted some of your work.
