transparency / wireframe

ok in my ultimate wisdom ive pressed some key on the keyboard and when I rotate a scene now it turns into wireframe mode and i cant get anything lined up properly ....short of a re-install (but my cd is at my gf's house an thats like 25 miles away lol i wanna model NOW lol) i havent a clue what to do

ahh wait ive fixed it lol it was an option called Adaptive degradation.......or press O on the keyboard lol
