| Hii Hendry!! I'd like to give a suggestion. See, when we make something in 3D, our foremost stress should be on realism. This applies to every kind of work, whether it's a realistic environment to even a cartoon character. So, if you make something to which you're not much familiar in real world, then first make yourself familiar with it, or something that closely resembles it. I gave this small lecture cause a found a few basic mistakes in your airplane. I would definitely admire that model technically, but practically it wouldn't give an impression of a realistic thing... Like the propellers are too short in radius to drag this whole weight into air. The supports for tyres are too thin handle the weight of the plane. And the supports supporting the wings are too thick and would add to unnecessary weight in the plane....So my main point is, the model should follow the laws of physics, nature, to look attractive... I hope you got my point...Thanx NC Last edited by nakulchauhan; 19th May 2008 at 02:48 PM. |

| Looks pretty good hendry, if you want to continue working on this and show us work in progress you can use the 3d work in progress forum, you can still improve a few things, the body and lower wing don't connect very well I think and more detail can be added, do you have good reference material because that helps as well?? Keep going though, you're doing well! |
