‘Aim for the Stars Short Film Screening’
This year I am running a short film screening in Charing Cross on September 22nd at 7pm and I was wondering if you would be interested in becoming part of it, or at least supporting the project.
Last year we held the event at The Phoenix cinema in Finchley with a great success.

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Catch The Moon Productions’ 3rd short film screening in Central London at the prestigious New Players Theatre in Charring Cross

A Little about CTMP (Catch The Moon Productions)
Catch The Moon Productions was set up in 2005, encouraging young talented film makers and animators to enter the industry by showcasing their work.

Catch the Moon Productions works with universities such Anglia Ruskin University and The Bristol School of Animation.

CTMP aims to encourage young talented film makers and animators to enter the industry by showcasing their work, and being able to ‘AIM FOR THE STARS’. This is a fabulous opportunity to enable diverse cultures creeds and communities to come together to see the talent that is situated around London and England.

CTMP are also a Non- Profit company.
This year we have enlisted the help of BIG AMMUNITIONS PR to make this the biggest event to date, currently this year we are currently signed up the aid of Lenny Henry and other celebrities to promote the event and the new film makers.

WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT!
‘Aim for the Stars short Film Screening’ is different to the multiple small short film festivals/screenings that have been knocking around. We aim to aim help ALL the talent that submits to the screening.
We aim to get the new talented creative people into the industry by creating a contact base for them, as well as enabling them to gain work by raising their expectations.

CTMP also gives students from the ages of 14- 30 to opportunity to work on live sets and work in industry on a work based placement.
Last year CTMP worked with The Enfield Arts & Events team to conjure up a dynamic view though animation on their view on knife crime in their area.

This year we are working with a school in Braintree to create a shot film entry to enter into various short animation competitions, and linking to the continual development of the creative industries.
What we can do with your support!

With the support of the leading partners in the British Film industry we can generate a growth in the new and developing talents that are in your midst.

I know this is a short film screening rather than a feature film, but I was wondering if it would be possible for you to guide the talented people in your group in the right direction, in order to encourage the new filmmakers to be a part of the bigger picture.
