the model used was made in 3ds max by the trainer and was made available for the tutorial on using sound to animate effects in adobe aftereffects. I can honestly say that anyone who can used 3ds max will find if they follow a structured training plan as in the training by linda.com that they will find adobe aftereffects easy to use even when it comes to expressions.

this is the animation i made following the tutorial using sound to drive the scale, rotation, and blur of the image in the avi, and its only a single jpg file that was animated.
