Dual Screen, Help please?

I have my 22" monitor, and my 32" inch TV linked up to my PC. got them both working.

Haven't been able to properly work out the resolution for my 32" yet... but...

How do I get the start bar/task bar to extend onto the second screen?

Is there anyway so that you don't automatically go to the second screen when your mouse hits the right hand side... as basically I just want my 32" screen for 3DS max rendering, so i can watch the progress.

Anyway to select a program to run on 1st or 2nd screen?

Im no genius which should be evident by my response.
I dont know about selecting a program to run, not sure what you mean there, on one screen or another but if I want a program to always open on one screen or the other I just drag it to that screen and then maximize it. Then the next time I open the program it just opens on that screen always.
Hope that helps .

right click on desktop......click on properties...............click on desktop

there is an option in there to use both screens as a full desktop

stretch max out on one screen and use the second for whatever you want to do......its just like a bigger desktyop you have to drag the new programs (firefox etc) to the right hand screen

hope that helps
