3D Visual Architects - GBP30k to GBP50k - based in Liverpool


One of the UK's leading 3D Architecture practices is seeking to appoint 3D Visualisation Architects, either on a contract or permanent basis. The benefits package for permanent employees is generous and reflects the company culture.

This is an opportunity to work on a number of exciting, innovative projects in a professional and friendly environment. The role will involve travelling to client sites throughout the UK and possibly beyond.

Responsibilities will include: Creating photo realistic visualisations from sketch drawings and AutoCAD material. Liaising with clients on project progress.
Supporting the sales manager with technical input on client proposals.
Preparing show-reel material, and creating advertising copy.

Applicants should be fully conversant with AutoCAD and should have previous experience or at least an interest, in residential / business projects.

Opportunities exist for high calibre individuals who meet the following requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
2:1 degree in Computer Science or related discipline

Essential:
3D images in architecture, construction or graphic design.
Knowledge of either: Brazil, V-Ray, RTRE or Turn Tool.
Portfolios (or similar) of good quality 3D designs & projects.
C++, C# with emphasis in 3D visualization.
3DMAX 6, 7 or 8.
Adobe Creative Suite.
Photoshop .
AutoCAD.
Delphi.

Desirable:
Background in Architecture, construction or graphic design.
Working knowledge of video editing (DVD) post production.
Experience in interiors.
Matrix Manipulation.

Other requirements:
Excellent communication skills, an ability to work on own initiative (as well as being a team player).
