Digital Image Studios based in Farmington Hills, Michigan USA specializing in 3D Automotive and visual effects development for over 19 years. Work with some of the best industry 3D artists in the field of animation and broadcast visual effects.

We are looking for qualified individuals to take on full time responsibilities requiring high levels of 3D production experience in Maya, 3Ds max, working knowledge of various other modeling and rendering programs, Photoshop and other compositing formats. Artistic and technical skills are a must.

CG 3D Lead Digital Artists

Responsible for creation of 3D/2D elements in all phases of the animation production process, project assignments and directly working with directors, producers and other senior production staff.

Qualifications: Demonstrated expertise in any or all of the following areas: 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, using Maya, 3DsMax, AliasStudioTools, Mental Ray, Vray, Brazil, Photoshop, Particle Systems, 2D and 3D graphics techniques with applied experience in effects production. Working knowledge of a non-linear compositing and various operating systems.

Requirements: Must have strong 3D modeling and lighting experience using Maya, 3DS MAX and other software platforms. Experienced with commercial broadcast applied work examples. Work experience and examples submitted must demonstrate artistic talent with a solid understanding of 3D modeling, animation, 3D/2D compositing principles.
