Well one site I know is free is Freewebs.com - Free website, free hosting, free webpage - Make a web site with photo albums, blogs, videos, forums and more!
You can either make your own template or you can choose from a list that was made by freewebs.com. I personally would make my own template to my taste but if you can't or don't have time check out the list.
