Well when i was at uni in my final year i put on loads of weight coz all i was doing was constant work and eating bad food (take aways etc). For the last month i have just been eating healthy and ive nearly lost it all already! One of the worst times to eat is at night or just before you sleep because you dont do anything to help work it off (like walking etc). Greeney is right just get more exercise, the gym is good but can be expensive, i also play football 2 or 3 times a week which helps.

a lot of training keeps me in shape too, but its the shape of a pregnant woman... since my early childhood i have my fat at the stomach and never lost it only gained more muscles underneath it

Eating before you sleep is generally not a good idea if you're trying to diet. Your metabolism slows down when you sleep. This being said, the food you eat before bed is not being quickly metabolized and is stored (as fat). But there are several factors contributing to fat gain around your hips. For young women, they typically gain those "child-bearing" hips during puberty for obvious reasons. Age, gender, metabolism, genetics all play a factor. Watch the foods you do eat and exercise regularly with attention to the area you're trying to burn fat in and you'll get it. Diet, exercise, and dedication and you can do it.
