Hello everyone .can some one help me about this brush .how do this brush

What do you mean exactly? do you want a varying thickness? you can go to 'shape dynamics' and set 'pen pressure' if you have a tablet, this will vary the thickness depending on how hard you push on your tablet. You might not have one, then you could set it to 'fade', so it starts out large and gradually (depending on your settings) becomes smaller.

only way, that I know of, on how to achieve that effect, is by using the Pen Tool.. (not the Wacom Tablet)
make sure you have the proper Brush settings, under Brush setting (the side panel)
make a line, select (near the Layers window) the Work lines
right click it, select Stroke line, from the drop-down box select Brush
and check the box that says Simulate Pressure

other that... like Jelmer said, you'd need a Wacom Tablet, to do those kinda lines
