ok... I have a nice 31" LCD so its not the monitor or computer/vid card cause i have been using photoshop for years without this happening... 2nd I think EnjoyCG.com changed the picture ration when I uploaded the attached imaged so i dont think we can use those as references... please view this image as a new frame of reference: ![]() To me this looks like a giant oval..

Nope, definitely a circle. Is there any way you can jump on another computer and check out this thread so you can see what we're talking about? At this point, if I were you I'd probably go ahead and do whatever I needed to do, and just trust that when you export the image to another computer everything will be fine. Depends on the ramifications of your project ofc. Last edited by veyron; 16th March 2007 at 03:02 AM.

Well... after spending quite a bit of time on my monitors website I found the information i needed... I also learned what 16:9 means... The really weird part is that I dont remember changing my resolution anytime recently.... and have been using PS fine for the past couple days. Anyway all I had to do was put it on the right resolution which was any one that had a 16:9 ratio... I thank you all for your help... and appolgize for fussing over something so dumb... lolLast edited by Madclouds; 16th March 2007 at 07:23 AM.
