Eh, uploading seems like it would be more of a donation than a reward. They just do the screening so they build up the reputation for having high quality models. You should definitely standardize the requirements so you don't have one person who accepts less models than other or anything like that.

yeah, we could use the forum attachment system for this, maximum filesize is about 32 mb now so any model should fit in there, of course we'll have to set up a sytem for that, which will take a while.

cool. uploading models. gives me something more to do in my free time. can i suggest that maybe a daily challenge or speed modeling competition be introduced? it would be a great opportunity for everyone to gain experience.
