HTML.
Few reasons:

Search engines can't read flash, so they won't index your website.
It's faster loading!

Think of people with slow internet, and they have to wait ages untill the site loaded. Not cool :P

exactly what i was thinking, you dont want to post your portfiolio to a company.......and have them sit there 30 or so annoying seconds to wait for your portfolio to load

your already taking up enough of their valuable time them looking at your portfolio in the first place.

Search engines don't index flash, so html is really much better.

You won't find a pure flash website on google, or maybe only its title, but non of the content. Search engines are also important
