New web-site layout

Hi, i working now more or less on my new web,,heh , my old is still working, but i want to change the layout,, so here my idea,, what u think?) now i thinking about the scripts and so..

Looks pretty good. There are still a few things I would change though, first be sure to stay consistent, even in small details like the rounded box borders, make them the same dimensions if it's possible! Also, I would change a different font (sans-serif is better for web design, and looks better IMO) The icons on the right look quite nice, but i'm not sure about the teddy bear, it's not that professional although a different design might make it look more professional.. Another idea is to increase the line-height with css once you start designing. Also make sure you think about scaling text and static images...

Site structure looks good and i like ur Teddy too.
But site is very dull means its seems that something is missing (in web designig the first thing whch is kept in mind is that site should be eye catching for everyone even who is not from ur field)
Reduce the drop shadow's distance of text.
