Why not have a tutorial where you make a ordinary Human, instead of Lara croft, Joan ark etc..
Just regular people with normal cloths

realistic because if you have done a city or something like that you just merge them into the file. Instead of making the city all over again in low poly

realistic, but probably on the low poly side? if you want to fill an arch viz scene with people polycount does matter because you might need to have many characters in one scene, for instance a city tends to be quite busy.. also, low poly ones are easier .

Do as you like take low poly if you whant cuz i were going to use a lots of people in one scene like mayby 7 people. Just so that you dont notice that it's unreal
